French Property Buying

WHEN people head to France many look to run a holiday home or maybe link up with an estate agent and help sell properties.

But the first option is liable to the peaks and troughs of the tourist trade and the second can be a nightmare of red tape and paperwork.

Another option, which you can do from the comfort of your own home, is look to earn a living from the internet.

There are many sites promising a million dollars in a matter of weeks and these should be dumped in the bin.

But if you approach the subject with a questioning mind and aim to read as much as possible then you can make it work.

This website uses just a small selection of website tools, is based upon the ideas in a couple of books and a few hours typing away on my computer.

The website works by providing a guide to a range of books about buying a property in France and the opportunity to buy one or more of them immediately.

Using affiliate schemes, I sell other people’s products but do not need to store them, pack them up or post them out.

I leave that to the companies that I’m affiliated to – it’s a bookshop without the books!

The main things you need are:

· A theme which you will enjoy writing about
· A website and a place to host it on the internet
· Understand the basics of how to put a website together
· An email address that automatically responds to requests for information
· A few hours to read a couple of books
· Link up with affiliate schemes
