Review of French Property Secrets ebook

MANY people turn to the internet in their search for a property in France, but what about buying an ebook on the subject straight away?

Unlike regular books where you have to find a parking place, get through the crowds and find the bookshop to buy one, ebooks are delivered immediately over the web.

And French Property Secrets, by Peter Jones, is one of the few books available to you to buy and start reading within minutes.

Naturally the book covers many of the subjects you would find in regular books about property buying.

For example it provides an overview of the different regions, how to find your dream home and looks at the buying process.

These are all very regular things you would expect a book of this type to deal with.

However, there are also sections on what to look for in an area if your property is to be more of an investment and nine questions to ask yourself before you buy.

One of the advantages an ebook has over a normal book is that website links can be active and you can dive off to check a resource mentioned, before coming back to continue reading.

As an added bonus you also receive spreadsheet analysis software that will let you work out your purchasing costs, on-going costs and selling costs.

I was slightly disappointed to find a sample of property prices for France that was for summer 2002, things move quick in this field so I hope this will be updated in later copies.

You also receive a three-month subscription to a members only French property newsletter and access to a forum website.

I am using a laptop computer and found the text simple enough to read and of a size that allowed me to place a full page on the screen, so I didn’t need to use the mouse very often.

The ebook is provided in a pdf format, which can be used on both PCs and Macs and a free chapter can be downloaded, use it to check if you like reading directly from the screen!
